生物填料塔在污水处理中的应用

在石油化工工业污水处理中，生物膜法是降解COD、酚、氨氮等的重要 工艺之一。生物填料塔是生物膜法工艺流程中的主体设施，但填料的应用尚存在诸多问题， 限制了其在更大范围的推广应用。荆门石油化工总厂针对生物填料塔应用中存在的问题对其 进行了改进，采用了改进的填料。标定和生产数据表明，改造是成功的。
Biomembrane is one of the important processes for degrad ating COD,phenol and ammoniacal nitrogen in wastewater treatment of petrochemica l industry.The bio-packing tower is the main equipment of the biomembrane proce ss.Some problems in application of the packing limit its more wide application.T he bio-packing tower in Jingmen General Petrochemicals was revamped by using th e improved packing.The evaluation and production data indicated that the revampi ng is successful.
